Power Amplifiers-Audio-Radio Frequency

Power , Audio Radio Frequency & DC Power Amplifier

Power Amplifier:

A power amplifier is an electronic amplifier designed to increase the power magnitude of a given input signal. The input signal power is increased to a level high enough to drive a large number of output devices, such as speakers.

Types of Power Amplifier:

Audio Power Amplifier

These types of power amplifiers are used to increase the power magnitude of a weaker audio signal. The output of an audio power amplifier ranges from a few milliwatts (as in headphone amplifiers) to thousands of watts.

Radio Frequency Power Amplifiers

Wireless transmissions require sending modulated waves over long distances by air. FM broadcast

DC Power Amplifiers

DC power amplifiers are used to amplify the power of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signals, to drive motors or actuators.
